How long does a typical Business Central rollout take?
3–6 months full-scope, depending on number of legal entities, integrations, and data migration scope. Single-account installs land in 1–2 weeks.
Do you charge time and materials, or fixed scope?
Fixed scope, fixed go-live date. We agree the boundaries up front. Change requests are priced separately and signed before they start.
Can you take over a project that’s already in flight?
Yes — and we do, regularly. We do a two-week discovery, document the gap, and quote a fixed-fee plan to land the rollout. No retainer required.
Do you offer ongoing support after go-live?
Optional retainer at three tiers — £750 / £2,500 / bespoke per month. Or pay-as-you-go at our day rate, no minimum commitment.
