What’s the difference between a "solution" and a "product" on this site?

We use Solution to mean a category we deliver (Business Central, Power Platform, Custom development), and Product to mean something with a per-seat or per-tenant licence (our AppSource extensions, partner products like Jet Reports). Solutions are scoped engagements; Products are the things you license per tenant (Jet, Konsolidator, and the Amplio AppSource extensions we'll publish from Q4 2026).

How do we know which solution we actually need?

Most prospects start with Business Central. If your problem is a workflow nobody else has, that’s Custom development. If it’s a workflow shared by every BC user, it’s usually one of our AppSource apps. We’ll tell you which during the scoping call — we don’t push the most expensive option.

Can we mix and match — Business Central plus a partner product, plus a custom extension?

Yes, that’s the most common shape. A typical engagement is BC + 1–2 partner products (e.g. Jet Reports, Konsolidator) + 1–2 of the Amplio AppSource extensions we'll publish from Q4 2026, with custom development reserved for the genuinely unique bits.

Do you handle Microsoft licensing, or do we buy direct?

We’re a Microsoft Gold Partner, so we can procure BC and Power Platform licences for you under our agreement. If you’d rather buy direct via your existing CSP, that works too — we don’t insist on margin on Microsoft licences.

Do you work outside the UK?

Our delivery team is UK-based and most clients are UK SMBs, but we deliver to UK-headed multi-entity groups with subsidiaries elsewhere. Cross-border roll-outs are scoped per entity.
