Microsoft Partnership & Credentials
Amplio Solutions is a registered Microsoft Solutions Partner specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central. We're a direct Microsoft partner — your BC subscriptions, support escalations, and licensing changes route through Amplio, with Microsoft as the technology backstop.
Our Microsoft status
- Solutions Partner — Business Applications. Microsoft's mid-market partnership track, focused on Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform.
- Microsoft Cloud Partner Program member — direct access to Microsoft technical support, partner programmes, and AppSource publishing.
- AppSource publisher. Eleven Amplio extensions live or in flight, all listed on Microsoft AppSource. Microsoft validates each release before it's available to customers.
- Microsoft-aligned UK delivery. Our team's certifications and engagement pattern follow Microsoft's recommended implementation playbook for BC SMB customers.
Certifications the team holds
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Certifications are current as of May 2026 and renewed on Microsoft's annual cadence.
Why our partnership status matters to you
Three practical things. First, your BC subscription comes through Amplio at Microsoft list pricing, with monthly billing direct from Microsoft (so you can leave us at any time without a licensing migration). Second, when something goes wrong inside BC itself — not your customisations, but the base product — Amplio opens the support case directly with Microsoft. Third, our AppSource extensions are all signed and validated by Microsoft, so they install cleanly into your tenant and survive every BC update.
Where Amplio sits on the partner spectrum
Most Microsoft partners are large consultancies serving the enterprise tier. Amplio is intentionally focused on UK SMEs and mid-market clients (£5m–£100m turnover). The partnership programme is the same; the engagement model is different — direct access to the practitioners, fixed-scope projects, public documentation, and an AppSource-first product strategy.
