2. Using this site

By using this website you accept these terms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Information on this site

Content is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute professional, financial or technical advice. While we aim to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties that it is complete or error-free.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, layout) is owned by or licensed to Amplio Solutions Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

5. Our launch offers

  • Free BC Review — a complimentary assessment of your Business Central setup. You authorise us to access your Microsoft environment to produce your report. Where necessary, we may create temporary OData web service endpoints to read data not exposed by the standard Business Central client; we delete any endpoints we create on completion and make no other changes to your environment. Your access credentials are deleted immediately after the report and we retain no ongoing access. Reports are provided for guidance.
  • Free Development — we will deliver one development per company free of charge under our launch offer. Each free development should be reasonable in scope (approximately one day’s work); anything larger may be chargeable, with any price agreed with you in writing before work begins. Every stage is sign-off gated — nothing is built until you approve the specification. Offers are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Intellectual property: unless agreed otherwise in writing, Amplio retains the intellectual property in any development it produces and grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it for your business. You own the specification document.

6. When we access your systems (data processing)

Where we access your systems (for example, during a Free BC Review) and this involves personal data, we act as a processor on your behalf under UK GDPR: we process it only on your instructions, keep it confidential, apply appropriate security, use no sub-processors without your agreement, and delete it and any access on completion. A separate data-processing agreement applies to engagements involving personal data.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from or in connection with the use of this website or any free service we provide (including the Free BC Review and Free Development) is limited to £100. Where you engage us for paid work, our total liability in connection with that work is limited to the fees you have paid us for it (or, if greater, the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim).

This website and its content are provided for general information without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page.
